Ingredient of silken tofu steak with salted fish recipe

Silken tofu 1 cubes
Back sesame 1 tablespoon
White sesame 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 cup
Salted King Mackerel fry 1 piece
Vegetables for make salad (as you prefer)
Salad dressing 1 cup

- Wipe water in the silken tofu to dry (If it not dry, it will make the flour stick together), bring it to mix with cornstarch that mix black sesame, white sesame, salt and pepper

Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
Sugar not contradictory white 1 teaspoon
