The silken tofu is a soft tofu. It is great to eat as a cold or fried. Because of it only is hardened by the shumashi powder, despite the lack of grain soy. The soft of the Silken gives people an impression.

Ingredient of silken tofu nuggets recipe

Silken tofu 1 pack (300 grams)
Grated potatoes into strips 1/4 cup
Carrots cut into small squares 3 tbsp
Pea cut into small piece 1/4 cup
Corn sliced 1/4 cup
Wheat flour 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying

How do of silken tofu nuggets recipe

- Cut the this tofu into pieces, grind it until fine, add potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, wheat flour, season with salt and sugar mixed together

- Molding this tofu as ball and smooth down (Hand-dipped in a little vegetable oil before molding, this helps ingredient, not stick to with your hands)

- add the oil in a pan and set over medium heat, frying the silken tofu in pan until golden all over, scoop up on the blotting paper oil

- Served with tomato sauce and fresh vegetables
