Silken tofu with egg recipe

The silken tofu is popular to eat fresh by prinkle with slice onion, slice ginger and topped with soy bean sauce Japan (Shoyu) as cold tofu. The process of making the Silken is separated from the soy milk and use flour less then rirm or momen-Tofu.

Ingredient of silken tofu with egg recipe

Silken tofu 150 to 200 grams
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Egg 2 eggs
Sherry wine 1 tablespoon
Shoyu or soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vegetable stock 1/3 cup
Spring onion sliced 2 tablespoons
Salt
Pepper
Cayenne pepper sliced

How do of silken tofu with egg recipe

1. Cut the silken tofu into 1 cm squares of equal size, boiled it in water mix a little salt, until it will boiling takes about 2 minutes, scoop up and set aside

2. Beaten egg with Sherry wine and soy sauce 1/2 tbsp, until it combine, bring it to the pan and stir by use high heat and stir quickly, until eggs are cooked, scoop up and set aside

3. Boiled tofu with vegetable stock, season with soy sauce and Sherry wine 1/2 tbsp, use low heat, take the time to boil for about 5 minutes, add eggs that prepared and spring onion sliced, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and pepper
