Ingredient of silken tofu with salted olive recipe

Silken tofu 1 pack
Salted olive 10 tablets
White Jelly Fungus (Tremella Fuciformis) cut into rough 1 pieces
Green, yellow, red chilli cut into strips of 3 tablets
Onion rough chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves coarsely chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons
Vegetable broth 1/2 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Coriander root, garlic and pepper 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons

- Steamed the Silken, until cooked and cut into squares, cut salted Olive and pitted and chop them roughly

- Heat up and add oil in a wok,stir the coriander root, garlic, pepper until fragrant, add White jelly fungus, season with soy sauce, add salted olive stir together and add vegetables broth, simmer the mixture

- Season to taste with sugar and add red, yellow, green chili, ginger, coriander and spring onion, pour on the silken tofu, ready to serve
