Silken tofu with fermented black bean recipe


The silken tofu is often seen in the miso and soups of Japanese food. It has a mild aroma and those who that tasting will be stunned. When using it mixed with flour and fry, it is the crispy tofu that is pulp inside soft and aroma.

Ingredient of silken tofu with fermented black bean recipe (for serve 4 plates)

Silken tofu cut into large pieces 6 pieces
Asparagus cut into pieces 1 cup
Fermented black bean 2 Tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Water 4 tablespoons
A little soluble starch
Vegetable oil for frying

How do of silken tofu with fermented black bean recipe

- Absorb water on this soy product to dry and fry in hot oil until it is brown and drain the oil and set aside.

- Blanched asparagus and bring to a dish with Silken that we prepared

- Heat up the wok and add a little vegetable oil, stir fry the Silken until fragrant, add oyster sauce, sugar and water, simmer over low heat for a while, tasting and cook the flavors as you like

- Add soluble starch and simmer to thicken a little and pour the Silken tofu, ready to serve
