Ingredient of silken tofu in thick gravy recipe

Silken tofu 1 Pack
Corn starch or wheat flour 1 cup (for frying)
Carrots cut into squares 1/2 cups
Peas blanched 1/2 cup
Straw mushroom or shiitake as you like
Hot water 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic 1 tablespoon
Cornstarch dissolved in water a little
Pepper as you like

How do of silken tofu in thick gravy recipe

1. Cut this soy products into large squares, mix thoroughly with flour, fried it in hot oil, until yellow, plate and set aside
