Ingredients of Thai Rich Silken tofu recipe

Silken tofu 1 g or ½ packs
Carrot cut into squares ¼ cup
Peas ¼ cup
Corn ¼ cup
Onion slice 2 tablespoons
Water chestnuts sliced ¼ cup
Shiitake cut 4 pieces
Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Chili sauce 1 tablespoon
Soluble starch 2 tbsp
Vegetable cooking oil

- Dry the this tofu to drain water and fried over medium heat until yellow
